iS this site legit ?

100% YES. We understand in todays environment why that question gets asked.  Unfortunately there are some dishonest sellers out there and they can usually be identified by negative reviews online.  Please check out our REAL customer reviews hosted by a third party site here.

How long does it take to process my order?

Depending on the shoe, it usually takes 1-3 days to bring the shoes from the factory to our office for inspection, QC pictures and preparing for shipping.

where do the shoes ship from ?

Unless otherwise specified, all of our shoes ship directly from China.  Shoes are moved from the factory, upon order, to our office in China to be inspected prior to shipping.

how do you ship the shoes ?

All shoes are bubblewrapped and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to protect them from any excessive damage during transport.   US shipping is done by either FEDEX or UPS.  On some occations we will use USPS if the size of the box is not allowed by other carriers.

Where is the customer support located ?

All aspects of sales are managed in the United States.   This includes processing of payments and accepting returns.

where do you ship ?

We accept returns under several circumstances.  Please refer to our returns page for our policy

how long does it take to arrive ?

Although this can vary, it typically takes 7-14 days for US and most parts of Europe. Tracking of your package is provided a few days after its shipped.
